Road Network

Commuting to Kingsway by car is simple and straightforward. The business park is located directly off Junction 21 of the M62 motorway and is served by a first-class local road network. Rochdale town centre is just over two miles (around eight minutes’ drive) away.


Tram Network

Kingsway Business Park has its own dedicated Metrolink tram stop. Trams run every 12 minutes throughout the day and link the business park to Manchester city centre, Rochdale train station, Rochdale town centre, Oldham and neighbouring towns along the line.



Regular bus services operate in the vicinity of the business park, along the A664 Kingsway, A671 Oldham Road and A640 Rochdale Road. Kingsway employees also benefit from access to the Kingsway Link - a door-to-door bus service that operates from Rochdale, Middleton, Heywood and areas of Oldham from 5am to 11pm.
