JD Sports

JD Sports is the UK’s leading retailer and distributor of branded sportswear and fashionwear. The company moved into their purpose built distribution centre at Kingsway in 2011. The warehousing capacity has grown to almost 2m sq ft on a 46 acre site following an extension to the building which was completed in 2018. The distribution centre serves the whole of the UK and employs 1,200 people.


ASDA Wincanton

ASDA is one of the top three supermarket retailers in the UK. The company opened its £57.5m Chilled Distribution Centre at Kingsway in November 2012. Managed by Wincanton, the 660,000 sq ft facility occupies a site of 44 acres, and employs 450 people. The CDC has three temperature controlled chambers, and provides chilled and frozen produce to ASDA’s superstores and supermarkets along the M62 corridor.


C R Laurence

CR Laurence is a global manufacturer and distributor of materials and components used in the glass installation business including architectural railings, balustrading, and door systems. The US-owned company moved its European headquarters and distribution centre to Kingsway in 2008. They now occupy two units at the business park with over 100,000 sq ft, including a warehouse, showroom, and trade counter.


Takeuchi Manufacturing

Takeuchi Manufacturing is a Japanese manufacturer of heavy machinery including mini excavators, tracked carriers, and hydraulic breakers. The company relocated their UK Head Office and Product Support Centre to a 56,000 sq ft unit at Kingsway in 2008, from where they are able to support the growing numbers of Takeuchi machines operating across the UK and Ireland.


Source BioScience

Source BioScience provides specialist products and services to healthcare bodies, academic institutions, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology companies. Source BioScience occupies a unit of around 28,000 sq ft at Kingsway that has been equipped to provide controlled environment storage, laboratory space, as well including a manufacturing centre for producing a portfolio of blood and tissue serology products.


Edmund Bell

Edmund Bell is one of the UK & Europe’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of soft furnishing products, including curtains, linings, and blackout fabric. The company, which has traded for over 160 years, moved to a 34,000 sq ft production unit at Kingsway in 2011, investing £4m in the building that also serves as their head office and showroom.



E.ON is one of the world’s largest energy companies. The company are delivering a more energy efficient lighting system in Oldham and Rochdale, under a Private Finance Initiative agreement, from their 20,000 sq ft unit at Kingsway. The scheme involves replacing and maintaining thousands of street lights, signs, and bollards, to provide a safer environment in the two boroughs.



WCCTV is a leading provider of portable CCTV and surveillance systems that transmit live and recorded images over wireless networks. Products range from onsite tower systems to body worn cameras. The company’s purpose-built 12,000 sq ft headquarters opened in 2015 and provides office, manufacturing and warehouse space, as well as a product demonstration suite.



European logistics company Dachser is to open a 56,000 sq ft base at Kingsway. The facility will act as a hub for Dachser’s operations in the North of England and is due to be complete in the summer of 2019.



Nobilia GB is the sole supplier of German manufactured Nobilia kitchens to property developers in England, Scotland and Wales. The company, moved into 55,000 sq ft unit in October 2018.


Trade Mouldings

Trade Mouldings is one of the UK & Ireland’s largest manufacturers and distributors of MDF wrapped mouldings and vinyl wrapped cabinet doors. They developed a 75,000 sq ft distribution facility at Kingsway which was completed in April 2019.



Gemalto, an international digital security company providing software applications took a 35,086 sq ft unit in June 2018.


Cleland McIver

Cleland McIver a key supplier of household textiles to Dunelm Mill,  acquired a 40,000 sq ft warehouse on Kingsway in October 2017, as part of its ongoing expansion strategy.


Commercial Blinds and Glazing

Commercial Blinds and Glazing is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of high-quality blinds and glazing solutions for business. This company was the first tenant at Logic, a new development of 11 self-contained units at Kingsway ranging in size from 3,200 to over 16,000 sq ft.


Just Fulfill

Just FulFil is an e-commerce business. The company uses an advanced software platform and highly efficient pick and pack system to offer e-commerce clients fast and affordable warehousing and delivery services. A tenant of the new Logic development at Kingsway, they took a 3,000 sq ft unit in January 2020.


KP Industries

KP Industries designs, manufactures, integrates and services automated handling and conveying systems. They are trusted by some of the UK’s top companies to carry out “Turn Key” projects within their facilities.

In October 2019, they took units 8 and 9 at Logic, a 15,500 sq ft unit housing offices and the company’s main manufacturing facility, and a 3,000 sq ft building for pre-delivery testing.
